Nominated for a Whitney

Putting your story out there is a risk. Especially when you’ve chosen the path of an indie author. Some people will love the story, others will hate it. Some will feel they could have done better, and others won’t care if there is a typo or grammar error–for they loved the story.

An amazing thing happened recently on my author journey. I got a letter about the Whitney Awards. I had to verify my title was eligible, which took a bit as they worked out if having previously been on wattpad prior to publishing was a problem. (It wasn’t.) A short time later I got the official letter about being a nominee in the Young Adult Speculative category.

I’m thrilled. Honored. Excited. Humbled.

I may not have a hoarde of readers, but those that have read my book have loved it enough to nominate it.

If you would like to buy a copy, Eun Na and the Phantom is on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Kobo and Apple.
